Corporate Finance Specialist

We are working with a top consulting firm looking for a Corporate Finance Specialist in Tokyo. This role involves working on various international projects in private equity, corporate venture capital, and finance. You will play a key part in M&A advisory services and financial modeling.

- M&Aアドバイザリーサービスの提供、取引の構造化および実行を含む
- 企業および事業の評価を実施
- 有形および無形資産の評価
- 特にインフラプロジェクトにおける財務モデルの開発およびレビュー

応募資格：

- 投資銀行、証券会社、または会計アドバイザリー業務におけるM&Aアドバイザリー、企業評価、または財務モデリングの3年以上の実務経験
- 学士以上の学位
- 英語における流暢なコミュニケーション能力（読み書き、リスニング、スピーキング）
- 日本または米国の公認会計士、税理士、MBAなどの専門資格をお持ちの方は優遇
