We’re seeking an experienced Cluster HR Director to lead HR operations in Osaka and Kyoto for a global hospitality organization. This senior role partners with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, foster talent growth, and drive employee engagement.

競争力のある報酬プランの設計と給与水準の比較の実施
トレーニングとパフォーマンスプログラムを通じたスタッフ開発の推進
従業員関係および人事ポリシーに関するガイダンスの提供
人事プロセスの効率化と効果的な改善の継続

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Over 4 years of HR management experience or equivalent
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to drive and influence change across multiple locations
