Our client are a global hotel group, recruiting a Cluster Director of Marketing to lead marketing strategy across multiple hotels.

This is a senior role with leadership responsibilities. It's a great chance to step up your career and take a strategic role managing multiple hotels.

Responsibilities:

- Lead & manage a team
- Drive marketing strategy across the cluster
- Multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Lead digital marketing strategy (incl. managing websites, partner sites, SNS).

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience working in international hotels and / or luxury hotels (preferred)
- Team management ability.
- Expertise in digital marketing.
- MUST be fluent in Japanese.
