Senior Clinical Research Associate

We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate to join our client's team in Tokyo.

主な業務内容：

- 臨床試験が規制基準および試験計画に準拠しているかをモニタリングします。
- 臨床チームと協力し、サイト訪問を行い、正確なデータ収集を確保します。
- プロトコルや同意書などの試験関連文書の作成とレビューを支援します。
- データの問題や有害事象を迅速に報告し、解決します。
- プロジェクトの円滑な進行を確保するために、他部門と効果的にコミュニケーションを取ります。

応募資格：

- 臨床研究または関連分野での3年以上の経験。
- GCPガイドラインと規制基準に関する深い理解。
- 優れた組織力と細部への注意力。
- スピード感のある環境で、独立してもチームでも働ける能力。
- 英語と日本語の流暢なスキル、優れた文章および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力。
