A leading company in the medical devices field is looking for a Clinical Research Associate to join their team in Tokyo. This role is key to supporting important advances in healthcare by ensuring clinical trials meet quality and compliance standards.

業務内容:

- 臨床試験の計画、実施、モニタリング、報告を含む全てのプロセスを管理する
- 試験が規制ガイドラインおよび会社の基準に従っていることを確実にする
- さまざまなチームと協力し、効果的な試験プロトコルを作成する
- 試験プロトコルに準拠しているか確認するため、サイトを訪問し、問題を解決する
- 試験文書を取り扱い、データの正確性と完全性を確保する
- 業界のトレンドや規制要件に関する最新情報を常にアップデートする

応募資格:

- 臨床研究または関連分野での3年以上の経験
- 医療機器規制およびGCP（Good Clinical Practice）に関する強い知識
- 優れた組織力とコミュニケーション能力
- 複数のプロジェクトを管理し、タスクを効果的に優先順位付けする能力
- 日本語および英語での高いコミュニケーション能力が求められます
- 細部に注意を払い、強い分析力を持つ
