Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding, including distributor agreements and operational setup, while ensuring compliance with AML/KYC requirements.
• Oversee the delivery of reporting and sales materials to distributors, collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Act as a liaison between Japan-based stakeholders and global teams to address custody, fund accounting, and financial reporting needs.
• Continuously improve processes, ensuring a risk-controlled environment within a robust governance framework.
• Provide exceptional service to investors and distributors by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in fund operations, client servicing, or a similar role within the financial industry.
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and their practical application.
• Native-level Japanese fluency and business-level English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
