Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals, promoting innovation and growth.

Lead efforts to attract and retain top talent, building a diverse and inclusive team.

優秀な人材の獲得・定着を推進し、多様性と包括性のあるチームを構築する。

Create and manage learning and development programs for employee growth and success.

社員の成長と成功を支援する学習・育成プログラムを企画・運営する。

Set up performance metrics and evaluation processes to improve productivity and engagement.

生産性とエンゲージメントを向上させるための評価指標および評価プロセスを構築する。

Drive change management and streamline organizational structure to meet business goals.

チェンジマネジメントを推進し、ビジネス目標達成に向けた組織構造の最適化を行う。

Ensure compliance with local and international HR laws and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior HR role in the tech industry.

テクノロジー業界でのシニアHRポジションの経験がある方。

Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in Japan.

日本の人事制度および労働法に関する深い知識を持つ方。

Excellent communication and people skills.
