Responsibilities:

• - Work with leadership to ensure smooth HR support during IPO preparations.
• - Manage board meetings and build strong relationships with investors and securities firms.
• - Lead global recruitment to attract top talent, including international engineers and executive roles.
• - Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• - Improve performance evaluation systems to increase employee engagement and productivity.
• - Oversee policy management to keep employment rules and company regulations current.
• - Enhance HR operations to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• - Extensive experience in HR leadership, preferably in technology or automation sectors.
• - Proven experience in managing IPO preparations and investor relations.
• - Strong skills in recruiting and developing talent globally.
• - Native Japanese and business level English advantageous
