営業チームやサプライチェーンチームと連携し、製品の円滑な供給と流通を確保
パフォーマンスを追跡・報告し、カテゴリ戦略の成功を評価

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in category management in FMCG or consumer healthcare
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze market data and consumer insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Track record of success in a fast-paced environment
