We are looking for an experienced Category Lead for the consumer healthcare division of a top global FMCG company.

In this role, you will drive category growth and create strategic plans in an innovative setting. Your work will help influence the healthcare market through significant projects.

- カテゴリー戦略を策定し、市場ポジションを改善し成長を促進
- 他のチームと連携し、製品提供を強化し消費者ニーズに応える
- 市場動向や消費者データを分析し、戦略的な選択を指導
- ビジネス目標を達成し、チームを指導・サポート
- 予算管理、予測、報告を含むパフォーマンスを監督
- 主要な利害関係者やパートナーとの関係を構築・維持

応募資格:

- FMCGまたはヘルスケアセクターでのカテゴリー管理または類似の役職での実績
- 強力な分析力と戦略的スキル
- 優れたリーダーシップとチーム管理能力
- 多様な機能の人々と協力し、主要な利害関係者に影響を与える能力
- 英語に堪能であること。日本語スキルがあると尚可
