We are working with a leading manufacturing company looking for an HR Planning & Reward Manager in Tokyo. This important role focuses on creating HR strategies, managing employee evaluations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead organizational restructuring and strategic HR planning.
• - Help departments create and carry out long-term strategies.
• - Manage succession planning and employee retention efforts.
• - Improve and manage the employee evaluation process.
• - Connect evaluation results with pay and bonuses.
• - Analyze the market to ensure competitive pay strategies.
• - Oversee promotions, demotions, and salary reviews based on performance.
• - Update and enforce HR policies to match labor laws and industry norms.

Candidate Profile:

• - Strong experience in HR, especially in recruitment, performance management, and pay.
• - At least 7 years in HR roles, with both specialist and generalist experience.
• - Knowledgeable in labor laws and compliance.
• - Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• - Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and salary surveys.
