C&B Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced C&B Manager to oversee compensation and benefits programs, manage payroll operations, and support employee relations activities. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of C&B processes, maintain compliance with regulations, and foster a positive and productive workplace environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement compensation and benefits policies, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration.
• Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance on workplace issues and ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR data and reporting related to C&B and payroll.
