Transaction Advisory Senior Manager (トランザクションアドバイザリーシニアマネージャー)

Specialized Group is currently assisting a prestigious client in their search for a Transaction Advisory Senior Manager with experience in tax / advisory / M&A sectors (税務、アドバイザリー、M&A).

This is a rare opportunity which does not require any Japanese profiency - but English fluency is essential.

Responsibilities (業務内容):

• Deliver transaction advisory services (トランザクションアドバイザリーサービス) to a diverse client base.
• Manage and lead a high-performing advisory team (アドバイザリーチーム), fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Due diligence (デューデリジェンス), valuation (評価), and deal structuring (ディール構造).
• Advise clients on tax implications (税務影響) and strategies related to transaction processes.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, delivering high-quality services and contributing to business development efforts (ビジネス開発活動).

Qualifications (資格):

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in transaction advisory, M&A, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team.
• Strong expertise in corporate finance (企業財務), valuation (評価), and due diligence (デューデリジェンス).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• English language proficiency is essential.
