Key Responsibilities

Advise on antitrust and competition law matters.

独占禁止法および競争法に関するアドバイスを提供する。

Conduct legal research and analysis for case strategies.

案件の戦略立案のための法的リサーチおよび分析を行う。

Draft and review legal documents like briefs and memos.

訴状やメモなどの法的文書の作成・レビューを行う。

Work with teams to develop comprehensive legal solutions.

チームと連携し、包括的な法的ソリューションを構築する。

Represent clients in negotiations and hearings.

交渉や審理の場でクライアントを代理する。

Keep up with changes in antitrust laws to ensure compliance.

独占禁止法の最新動向を把握し、コンプライアンスを確保する。

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in antitrust and competition law.

独占禁止法および競争法に関する実務経験が3年以上ある方。

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

優れた分析力と問題解決能力を持つ方。

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

優れた文章力および対話力を持つ方。

Experience managing complex legal projects.

複雑な法務プロジェクトの管理経験がある方。

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

スピード感のある多文化環境で業務を遂行できる方。

Licensed to practice law in Japan or another jurisdiction.

日本または他国の弁護士資格を有する方。
