Join a growing startup in the FX and cryptocurrency sector as an Accounting Manager. You will oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations. This role offers flexible remote work options, supporting a balanced work-life approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Manage tax issues and work with external tax advisors.
- Coordinate with auditors for accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare reports for financial authorities.
- Create budgets and medium-term plans, including P&L, B/S, and C/F.
- Analyze budget differences to improve financial outcomes.
- Monitor net asset and self-capital regulation ratios.
- Calculate and manage segregated management amounts.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of accounting experience in commodities, securities, or FX companies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- CPA or Tax Accountant credentials.
- Experience leading accounting teams and managing financial disclosures for public companies.
