This role is essential for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic support to the Finance Director. The successful candidate will lead a team and contribute to the company's financial success. 主な業務内容：

• - グループポリシーに基づく月次・年次決算の管理
• - 財務報告書の作成
• - 会計業務全般の正確性確保（売上、仕入、在庫評価、給与計算など）
• - 会社間取引および残高の調整
• - 監査人や税務担当者と連携し、現地要件を満たす
• - 在庫コスト調整および分析
• - キャッシュフロー予測の作成およびコンプライアンス保証
• - 財務取引の監督（社内取引および外部支払いを含む）
• - 財務ディレクターと協力し、予算作成と予測を行う
• - 長期的な財務計画と分析の支援
• - 2名のチームをリードし、トレーニングとサポートを提供
• - ステークホルダーと強固な関係を築き、プロセス改善
• - プロセス自動化とデジタル化を推進

応募資格：

• - 財務会計における5年以上の経験
• - B2C、B2B、医療、コンサルティングでの経験が望ましい
• - 日本語流暢、ビジネスレベルの英語が可能
• - チームリーダーシップと成長促進の実績
