We are looking for an Accountant for a leading global FMCG company in Tokyo. This role is ideal for someone interested in the fast-paced FMCG industry. You will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and aid in financial planning.

Key Responsibilities


Manage daily accounting tasks, including handling accounts payable/receivable, managing the general ledger, and overseeing month-end closings.
買掛・売掛管理、総勘定元帳の管理、月次決算の対応など、日々の経理業務を担当する。

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring they are accurate and comply with regulations.
財務諸表の作成および確認を行い、正確性と規制遵守を確保する。

Work with different teams to support budgeting and forecasting.
各部門と連携し、予算策定および財務予測をサポートする。

Conduct financial analysis to guide business decisions.
財務分析を実施し、経営判断を支援する。

Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
国内および国際会計基準の遵守を徹底する。

Help prepare tax filings and audits.
税務申告および監査対応をサポートする。

Qualifications


At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or Financial Services.
経理の実務経験が3年以上ある方（特にFMCGまたは金融業界での経験がある方歓迎）。

Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
会計原則および関連規制についての確かな知識を持つ方。

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
優れた分析力と問題解決能力を持つ方。

Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
細部に注意を払い、優れた管理能力を持つ方。

Good communication skills in English; Japanese skills are a plus.
英語でのコミュニケーション能力がある方（日本語スキルがあれば尚可）。
