We are looking for an Account Manager focusing on Contract Logistics to manage and improve customer relationships. This role involves handling key accounts across different countries, boosting revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of supply chain management and experience in maintaining and growing client relationships. This position offers the chance to work in Tokyo and make a significant impact in the supply chain management sector.

主な業務内容:

• - 顧客との強固な関係を構築・維持し、サービス契約を遵守し、顧客満足を確保する。
• - 利益性の高いクライアント関係を維持・拡大するためのアカウントプランを作成・実行する。
• - 主要顧客内でのクロスセルの機会を特定し、ビジネスを拡大する。
• - 既存の契約更新をリードし、価値のあるパートナーシップを維持する。
• - 顧客フィードバックを収集・分析し、クライアント関係を改善する。
• - 顧客のニーズを理解し、満足度とビジネス成長を向上させるソリューションを提供しながら、競合他社の動向を把握する。
• - 組織内で顧客関係管理のベストプラクティスを共有する。
• - ビジネスプランや財務予測の準備を支援し、必要に応じて複雑なクライアント管理タスクを処理する。

応募資格:

• - 経済学または関連分野の学士号または修士号を有すること。
• - オペレーション、商業、財務分野でのバックグラウンドを持ち、顧客対応業務で少なくとも5年以上の経験があること。
• - 強力なプレゼンテーション能力と顧客対応スキル。
• - 優れたリーダーシップ能力と分析力を持つこと。
