A Series A-funded startup is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their team in Tokyo.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in SaaS, especially in the real estate field. You will work in an environment that values innovation and growth, dealing with advanced SaaS solutions.

主な業務内容：

- 不動産業界のクライアントとの強固な関係構築と維持
- 新たなビジネス機会の発掘と収益向上
- 社内チームと連携し、クライアント向けにSaaSソリューションをカスタマイズ
- 潜在クライアントに対する製品デモやプレゼンテーションの実施
- 営業パイプラインの管理および営業活動の報告
- クライアントからのフィードバックを製品改善に活用

応募資格：

- SaaS業界での実績、特に不動産分野での経験
- SaaS製品とそのビジネス活用法に関する深い理解
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉スキル
- 長期的なクライアント関係の構築・維持能力
- 営業機会を見つけ契約を締結する力
- 英語が堪能な方（日本語スキルがあるとなお良し）
