This position is for a marketing professional to lead consumer engagement and product marketing. You will need a solid background in marketing for the cosmetics or the luxury sector.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns in line with business strategies. You will be consulting with our management team in NY to align the work with our global strategy. This will cover planning, analysis, and deployment. Experience in digital marketing is an advantage.

Good communication is key to this role. You will be working for an international company. You should be comfortable presenting in English and have strong Japanese skills.

Required Skills

• 5 years’ experience in cosmetics, luxury or consumer goods.
• 5 years’ experience in marketing.
• Experience leading the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Cosmetics Industry knowledge (department store, makeup product knowledge)
• CRM knowledge and analysis power
• Basic knowledge of VMM and print production
• Experience in handling events
• PC Skill (Microsoft Office)
• Sound judgment, excellent negotiation skills, and good time management
• Capable of running a presentation in English.
• Team management experience.
